RETURN POLICY
We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item received is defective, damaged or incorrect.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us as soon as possible if the item is defective or damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Custom-made or personalised products and items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons once opened or used are not eligible for return.

EXCHANGES
The fastest way to receive the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
EUROPEAN UNION – 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have the right, subject to applicable law, to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund.
