Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–4 business days after the order has been placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country and the selected shipping method. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary, particularly for international shipments.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before the order is completed.

International Shipping

For orders shipped outside Switzerland, additional customs duties, import taxes or other fees may apply. These charges are not collected by STUDIO DIVALI and are generally the responsibility of the recipient.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for the selected shipping method, you will receive a shipping confirmation including a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct and complete before placing your order. STUDIO DIVALI cannot be held responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delays may occur that are beyond our control. However, we will always do our best to assist you with any delivery-related issues.
